Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Front Desk Executive to join our team. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and clients, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner • Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling reservations
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
