Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to HR Consultancy's clients, employees, and other related information in the company's database.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure that all entered data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with the team members and clients to understand their requirements and needs related to data entry.
- Generate reports based on the data entered and present them to the team leaders and other stakeholders as and when required.
- Monitor the data entry process to ensure that the company's database is updated in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data entry policies and procedures for the company.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
- Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and other data entry software.
- Strong Knowledge in Tally or MS Office required.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
