Job description
Deliver seamless execution across all areas of responsibility, with a constant focus on optimization and operational excellence. Ensure full compliance with proper documentation handling and shipment execution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop, manage and analyze customer portfolios.
Update Inventory and pending orders on daily/monthly basis.
Inventory reconciliation with books and physical on monthly basis.
Assisting and coordinating procurement from vendors, manufacturers across the country.
Negotiate & arrange the vehicles for all over India for heavy machinery material transport,
Responsible for managing the execution, direction, and coordination of all transportation matters within the organization.
Proactively ensure the continuity of business operations, or when issues arise, lead problem-solving and issue resolution.
Act as a key link between supplier and our management
Review with supplier for strategy planning and resourcing of materials
Pick up the early signal from market to avoid any surprises
Work with other functions to improve customer satisfaction by providing logistics supports to teams, to reduce transit damages, thereby improving brand image within our customers.
Making of Goods Receipt Note against the received consignment.
Mediate between customer and the organization.
Reporting to the seniors regarding any discrepancies found in the consignment
Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
Review analytics, prepare reports.
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
Analyse customer data to improve customer experience.
Mediate between clients and the organization.

Skills and Experience:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Excellent organizing abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Numerical aptitude and strong analytical skills
Ability to take initiative and handle concurrent tasks with appropriate priority
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Must possess good communication skills
Open to traveling
Education:
Any Graduate/ MBA preferable.
