We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage technical projects which involve liaising with different teams and stakeholders. This is a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams. You will ensure high performance of onsite/offshore teams and help them implement new programs, you will contribute to the development and growth of the company. Candidates are required to have good relationship management and consulting experience with excellent communication and large-scale operation management skills.
Responsibilities
· Oversee multiple IT projects of varying size and complexity and run integration projects between organization and outsourced IT infrastructure,
· Collaborate with project teams to understand their workflow and business requirements, and revise workflows where necessary,
· Manage working relationship with stakeholders and drive decision making process across multiple business units,
· Manage multiple, interdependent projects with moderate-high complexity and scope, under a tight deadline and within budget. Help remove roadblocks, increase overall team velocity, and speed up milestone deliverable.
· Work closely with Leads across large and geographically distributed cross-functional groups.
· Lead the process development transition from project to operations to ensure a smooth and successful transition.
· Define requirements for systems to support the procurement process and operations. Collaborate with IT teams to test and launch solutions.
Requirements
7+ years’ experience with ASP.NET/C#/MVC.
· Experience with SQL Server (2019 preferred).
· Experience with Microservices, Event Driven Architecture is preferred.
· Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud Services.
· Experience working with modern Java Script frameworks, preferably Angular.
· Solid Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), computer science foundations and Design Patterns
· In-depth knowledge of the .Net core Frameworks, including Visual studio 2019, 2022 and WCF and Restful Web Services, ADO.Net and Entity Framework.
· Experience with facilitating business requirements workshops and writing comprehensive business requirements. documents.
· Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members in a cross functional environment.
