Role
1. Inspect facilities and analyze operational data
2. Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards
3. Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project
development
4. Determine and present estimates of operational costs
5. Evaluate operations and processes
6. Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency
7. Implement improvements to designs and processes
8. Test material and structural integrity
9. Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards
10. Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines
11. Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities
12. Collaborate with management to align activities with desired
business outcomes
13. Overall project manager
14. Should be able to handle Project sales as well
15. Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
16. Preparing site reports and filling in other paper works
17. Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and pricing of
materials ensuring that health

1. Bachelors/Master degree in structural engineering, construction,
building, or related field.
