Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support who is be able to handle the computer networks of all types of organizations, provide technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly.
Monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installations, and configure hardware and software, and solve technical issues as they arise.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
Requirements and skills
- Diploma in Hardware and Networking
- 1-2 years of IT support experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Polycom, Cisco WebEx, Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365
