We are currently seeking experienced dispatching/customer service agents to join our team. As a dispatching/customer service agent, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, representing our company, and explore potential work opportunities. Your duties will include answering phone calls or emails from customers, retrieving information from relevant departments to prioritize and organize work order opportunities and schedules. Additionally, you will participate in meetings with the dispatch and customer service team to develop effective communication strategies. It is important for you to maintain expert knowledge about our company's products and services to provide the best assistance to our customers.
Please note that this position is initially an independent contractor role, with the possibility of future employment. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in their field, work well with minimal supervision, and have a flexible schedule. If you are a self-motivated team player with a passion for the IT industry, we would love to have you join our team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process and dispatch work opportunities according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs.
- Relay information such as work orders or messages to and from service providers, managers, or other personnel.
- Utilize telephone and other electronic means (text messages, emails, online chat, etc.) to communicate with current or potential customers, service providers, or other personnel.
- Resolve problems, address requests for products or services by speaking with different members of staff or customers.
- Prepare work schedules and create/receive work orders from service providers.
- Work independently or with other team members, taking charge of communications within assigned territories.
- Maintain and organize work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services provided, and data entry of records and other information.
- Complete various projects and assignments as needed.
- Communicate updates and issues to supervisors, managers, or team members.
- Meet company deadlines.
- Track and record progress and provide regular updates to supervisors and clients.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills (Fluency in English is a must).
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support/customer support or other related IT, computer, or electronic fields.
- At least 1 year of prior experience working with US processes or in structured environments.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize and manage your schedule effectively.
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace with minimal background noise.
- Possess a Windows-based computer and reliable internet service with adequate speeds.
- Proficient computer literacy and typing speeds of 35 wpm.
- Strong data entry skills - Ability to accurately document information into our database and other platforms and web portals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹24,790.63 - ₹35,415.30 per month
