RESPONSIBILITIES -
Supervision and Leadership: Provide direct supervision, guidance, and leadership to the team of operations staff. Set clear expectations, set tasks, and monitor performance to ensure team members are working effectively and efficiently.
Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operation of the department. This includes managing workflow, assigning resources, and ensuring that operation targets and deadlines are met.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality. Use feedback to streamline operations and reduce waste and bottleneck.
Staff training and development: Identify the training needs and provide coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities to enhance the skill and knowledge of team members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the operational activities adhere to establish standards, policies, and procedures. Implement quality control measures, conduct audit and address any issue and non-compliance promptly. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage resources including personal, equipment and materials to optimise productivity and efficiency. Coordinate with the team to ensure proper resource allocation and utilization.
Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as tracking stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and coordinating with suppliers.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
