Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide client support remotely (On Call ) for issues related to Computers, Routers, and Printers, through calling.
- Provide a complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert it into leads or sales.
- Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc. with US customers.
