We are hiring for Plant Head for one of the Frozen Food Manufacturing companies for Haldwani Uttarakhand location.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 14-16 Years
Job Description:
- Should have Experienced in Operations of Plant.
- Managing Plant with minimum breakdown by Implementing systems.
- Plan & Achieve plant production & Its Quality.
- Implementing safety standards and analysis.
- Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
- Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
- Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead Continuous improvement culture among team members to deliver excellence in operations.
- Knowledge transfer initiatives among inter and intra unit members to continuously improve the processes and systems
- Identify opportunities for joint improvement projects among departments, vendors, and suppliers.
- Verifying the Grade, Count, Weight, Quantity & Quality of each Block.
- Managing the whole production team in such a way to get maximum output.
- Involved in the Individual Quick Freezer (IQF) process for each individual piece.
- Generating reports like Pre-processing Quantity, Processing Load, Supply Details, and Stock Details etc, on Daily basis.
- Involved in Quality Audits at the factory.
- Ensuring the quality of packing material including labeling.
- Sound knowledge in HACCP, GMP, SOP, SSOP etc.
