We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile Operations and Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects, handling social media posting, assisting with HR-related tasks, and performing other miscellaneous tasks previously handled by a virtual assistant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and report on project status to relevant stakeholders.
- Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and maintaining a strong online presence.
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee communication.
- Coordinate and manage miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the smooth functioning of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide assistance as needed to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with social media management, content creation and HR processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools like clickup, and social media management tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
