Conducting telephonic exit interviews for the employees who have quit the client organizations.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Conducting telephonic exit interviews with employees in a specific format
· Framing feedback for the responses captured from the employee
· Identifying the reason why employee left the company
· Probing about the factors that triggered employee to leave
· Should complete the daily targets
Requirements:
Education qualification - Graduate or Post Graduate in Psychology Or MBA in HR
· Good communication, writing, listening and probing skills
· Good time management skills
· Personal laptop, mobile and a good internet connection, pre-installed MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, & Outlook)
· Past HR/ psychology work experience would be preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
