Designation: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
- Cold-calling prospect customer for new business opportunities by calls and emails
- Arranging samples and handling the customer calls and requests.
- Direct point of contact for clients for quoting prices, getting orders, sharing invoice and ensuring on time dispatch.
- Maintaining a database of prospect customers and reporting to head
- Follow up with customers after sending samples and recording feedback
- Informing tracking and dispatch details to customers.
