Preparation & implementation of project execution plan.
Study the IE Conveyor and Clean Booth layout according to site installation
Work with procurement Department to get Quotation and vendor finalization.
Preparation of Equipment Material BOM according IE requirement file.
Technical discussions with Vendor and internal team.
Material Follow-up with vendor and receiving to site. Clean booth & Conveyer installation both FATP & MLB.
Take care of project electrical circuit installation & new implementations.
Coordinating all project elements including engineering design, quality, planning and Execution.
Maintain daily progress report and line readiness report.
Attend daily line readiness meetings and explain the readiness status and risk levels of execution.
Prepare schedule, coordinate, monitor all assigned work with all team.
