Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the footwear manufacturing process, including planning, scheduling, production, quality control, and cost management
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimize production efficiency and meet quality standards
- Manage and lead a team of staff
- Collaborate with other departments/units
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in footwear manufacturing field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
