The job is rigorous and demanding. Candidate must be available to work on Sunday on short notice. Most of the work is done on phone; so the candidate must be available on call during non-standard working hours to coordinate with transporters and drivers.
Job responsibilities are as follows:
- Arrange Transporters for in bound and out bound
- Making reports like Vehicles availability report, tracking report etc on daily basis.
- Tracking own fleet as well as third party vehicles on daily basis for accurate and on time delivery.
- Raise penalty for in route delays/shortage of materials at customers end.
- Arrange vehicles from dedicated transporters or from market
- Implement schedule and changes at last movement.
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
- Controlling vehicle opertaions, tracking(GPS System), Unloading, vehicle trip sheet cheking.
- Analyze and track daily transit report.
- Maintaining monthly MIS report as agreed and approved by the management.
