Responsibilities -
- Process, Operations and Statutory Compliances
- Overall functioning of all activities
- Client Managements, visits and C-Sat.
- People Management, labour contractors and ancillary support
- Ensure continuous production across all production lines.
- MIS reporting, data tabulations and driving operational and cost efficiency.
- Conduct audits and support externa auditors.
- Responsible for Production Planning and shift/work-flow management.
- Manpower training as and when required.
- Through understanding of all aspects of business operations.
Skills -
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Hindi, Marathi will be an added preference.
- Previous experience in using ERP/SAP modules for operations.
- Should have what it takes to ensure business continuity.
- Understanding of laws around fire, health and safety, pollution, land management etc.
- Forecasting and inventory planning.
- Very ethical with demonstrable integrity.
Qualifications : Post graduate in science/engineering
