- Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
- Prepare and Disseminate sale goals and business strategies to subordinate.
- Represent company brand in sales conferences and trade shows.
- Prepare month-wise sales reports online as well as offline.
- Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including print,online,electronic media,and direct mail.
- Provide product,price,and distributors' feedback to the Top management.
- Plan and assign daily workload to sales team.
- Staying within the department's annual allotted budget including travel and dining clients and other business expenses.
- Responsible for post sales services and client relationship management
- Passing sales contracts for orders.
- The Recruitment and training of sales staff.
- Retaining top sales team members.
- Assessing quarterly/ half yearly performance of DGM, RM and Salesman and provide appropriate feedback
- Generating Revenue for the company.
- Bridging the communication between the Director and the Sales team.
- Strategizing for all the products, pricing, Distribution and Promotions.
- Customer satisfaction and service.
- Budget allocation and fulfillment.
ESSENTIAL: Logical thought process, customer behavior knowledge, distributor data of all around India, Knowledge of margins and profits, creative mindset, best category of communication skills.
