Production Manager - Chemist - Cosmetics
- Compounding and manufacturing of product as per standard protocol and to deliver the production batch as per the timeline required by company
- Create and develop new and improved products, innovative ideas, Processes, protocols, techniques, and systems to support Deltas goals
- Follow project management/milestone planning techniques to drive multiple concurrent opportunities
- Development of lab scale bartch on assigned technology, concepts, technical, opportunities, materials
- Identify and/or evaluate materials or technologies to assess technical performance
- Use experimental designs, researches, analyse and interprets data to determine feasibility/efficacy of proposed solutions
- Research on new concepts, materials, technical opportunities using standard formats and archiving methods
- Interpreting and communicating practical technical information and project status status
- Conduct product modifications and process improvements
- Supports other R&D functions, PMG, Regulatory implementation, support developing test methodologies
- Comply with BMR/BPR and timely production
- Develop new BPR with QA team and work with QC team to comply the production SOP
- Supports patent or Licensing applications and maintains confidentiality
- Follow and supports current Good Manufacturing Practices and current

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
