We are looking for an Associate Software Architect to join our Policy Automation team in India. If you passionate about coding and have a history of design and build a comprehensive data analytic system, we’d love to hear from you! We are looking for someone who has experience with Ruby or Python, and ideally has strong knowledge on DB. It will be great if you have experience with AngularJs as well.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:

Graduates in BE/BTech/MTech – Computer science

8 + years of software engineering experience

5+ years of experience in solution design and development

Expert knowledge with Service Oriented Architecture design and development

Strong knowledge of Frontend Frameworks in AngularJs

Strong knowledge of Backend Development skills in Python

Solid Understanding of Database and SQL
It would be great if you also had:

Extensive experience with software development best practices, including version control, documentation, testing, and CI/CD

Knowledge in DW and ETL

Strong organizational, communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
What will you be doing in this role?

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, design and implement elegant solutions to enhance our existing data analytic systems.

Lead the understanding of the business requirements to ensure optimal solution design aligned to enterprise architecture principles and best practices, then support the implementation of those designs to the development teams.

Collaborate with business teams, development teams, and QA teams to organize the product roadmap, plan short-term and long-term goals, and forecast release timelines within an Agile environment.

Create, revise, and maintain design/technical documentation.

Coach and help the development teams on best practices and stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies.

Liaise with business teams and development teams in evaluating project constraints, proposing alternatives, alleviating risks and performing reengineering when warranted.

Produce efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code, by practicing code review process, following code style guides, writing documentation, and ensuring test coverage.

Participate in the SCRUM ceremonies.
About the Team
The Policy Automation team consists of multiple squads working on different initiatives from data entry platforms to workflow automation systems, helping our clients in the Healthcare Industry with data collection, research, and analysis.

40 Hours per week, permanent full-time position
