We Providing Pick-Up Drop Facility from Majiwad (Thane) Location to Bhiwandi
Job Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordination with Customer for Payment Follow-Up (Through emails & Phone).
2. Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
3. Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
4. Maintain and record fixed assets
5. Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
6. Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies.
7. Must have a good understanding of taxation. (Service Tax,GST, TDS, Income Tax)
8. Also update in GST Act.
9. Should have good knowledge in Tally & Excel and other related software
10. Should be confident, creative and adaptable to tough situations Presentable with Good in Communication both verbal and written
11. Maintain financial, accounting, Invoice, Debit note & Credit note booking Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers
12. Supplier & other Payment & its reconciliation
13. Good reporting skills and discipline
14. High level of integrity and result orientation
15. Having Knowledge of import documentation.
16. Minimum 5 To 7 years in Manufacturing /Trading Company
