Job Title: Sales Representative - Water Motor Automation
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and take charg e of selling water motor automation solutions to shops and businesses. The Sales Representative will be r esponsible for meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth through effective sales techniques and st rategies. This is a performance-driven role where incentives will be tied to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a sales plan to promote and sell water motor automation products to shops an d businesses.
2. Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs an d providing appropriate solutions.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of water mot or automation.
5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable margins and customer satisfaction.
6. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the company.
7. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business o pportunities and potential risks.
8. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
9. Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure smooth installation and customer support.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
11. Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote products and expand the custom er base.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B sales role.
2. Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
7. Familiarity with water motor automation or similar technical products is a plus.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
9. Must be proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
10. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
