The EBO (Exclusive Branded Outlets) channel's merchandizing manager is a critical position to ensure the health of the largest channel for Levi's in India. The person has to lead the merchandizing and buying activities of 400+exclusive Levi's branded stores all across the country. He/She has to work with an internal team of Retail Merchandizers for the regions and a large extended team of Franchise Buyers. He/She has to ensure the right buy (pre-season), ensure sales are in the right direction and take corrective actions (in season) and ensure right planning for end of season sales (post season).
