Job Description/Role & Reponsibility in detail:
· Inventory Management
· Keeping records of material dispatch to respective sites and co-ordination with logistics for material receipt.
· Maintaining stocks, proper communication with all sites, handling requisition and timely tracking of requirements.
· Tracking dead stocks, keeping note of scraps and proper arrangements of disbursement of the same.
· Recording of data and daily MIS presentation to management.
· Reconciliation of Quality and Quantity of material received against P. O.
Requirement:
· Graduate in any discipline. Diploma in Materials Management would be desirable.
· 6-8 years of experience in the Stores and Inventory Management.
· Preferably exposure to ERP / SAP based working.
· Timely reporting to H.O about day-to-day activities.
· Effective communication with all site in-charge and proactively resolving requirement issues.
