Job description – Hospital Administrator in Sukh Sagar Hospital, Jabalpur
Qualifications: MHA/MBA (Hospital Management). Minimum 1 to 5 year’s experience in a reputed hospital.
As a Hospital Administrator, you are responsible for managing the overall operations of a hospital. Your role is essential to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare services to patients and the smooth functioning of the hospital. Your responsibilities include:
Strategic planning: Developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure the hospital achieves its goals and objectives.
Facility management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the hospital facilities and equipment to ensure they are safe and functional, including security, and equipment procurement.
Staff management: Recruiting (in coordination with HR department), training, and supervising staff members, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
Patient care: Ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and that their needs are met. Authorize admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
**Excellent organizational and time management skills.
**Ability to supervise and train team members.
** Problem-solving attitude.
** Community engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with community members, healthcare organizations to promote the hospital's services and programs.
** Marketing and promotion: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the hospital and its services to potential patients.
** Risk management: Developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize potential risks and liabilities for the hospital.
**Performance improvement: Developing and implementing strategies to improve the hospital's performance, including patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement.
** Quality Assurance: Hospital Administrators must ensure that the hospital provides high-quality healthcare services to patients. They must oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and quality care.
