Responsibilities of the Intern:
- Communicate with different stakeholders of the My Analytics School Courses
- Communicate with the students to keep a check on the various activities they are required to fulfil within the time provided to them
- Bridge the gap between the students and the leadership team of the company
- Solve day-to-day doubts of the students, tackle their issues, and communicate them to the respective departments of the companyE.g. - Doubts involving MAS learning platform issues will be conveyed to the technical department of the company, and doubts regarding the course content will be conveyed to the subject matter experts
- Stay in constant touch with the students over phone calls and hold them accountable for their missed deadlines
- Act as the bridge between the students and mentors
- Schedule meetings and sessions between the users and the leadership team
- Act as a moderator in the meetings and will be the first point of contact for 50+ customers

A typical day on the Internship would look like this:
- Checking the progress of users
- Calling the users who are not keeping up with the course
- Understanding their problems and curating solutions either on your own or on an excel sheet to be passed to the leadership team
- Solving technical issues either on your own or with the help of the tech team of the company
- Motivating the users to complete their tasks
- Contacting the dormant users
- Scheduling meetings of users with the core team members in a state of urgency
- Acting as the orator in meetings and group discussions
- Collecting feedback and suggesting improvements on behalf of the customers
- Providing students with extra material from the bank if demanded
- Updating weekly reports of students and communicating the same to the mentors
