We are hiring for Production Manager for one of the Frozen Food Manufacturing companies for Haldwani, Uttarakhand location.
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 8-13 Years
Job Description:
- Day to day management of the production process, monitoring production schedules to meet customer delivery targets.
- Ensure the manufacturing facility operates at peak efficiency, allowing maximum sustainable profitability, maintaining all quality and safety requirements.
- Ensure the development, implementation and direction of best manufacturing practices for the manufacturing site.
- Set the quality standardsOrganise the repair of any damaged equipmentEnsure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
- Review worker performance and identify training needs Skills and experience.
- Formal tertiary qualifications, with a Minimum of 5 + years’ experience in similar role preferably in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Specific expertise in maintenance, quality, health and safety Excellent interpersonal and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate outcomes within tight time frames
- Ready to cook companies experience.
