About the Position
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineer(s) to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer's responsibilities include identifying areas for improvement, maintaining high levels of manufacturing and product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency and conformance with regulatory standards.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Ø B.Tech. (Mechanical) / Diploma in mechanical.
Ø Experience – 4 to 6 year, preferably from Automotive / Agriculture background.
Ø Strong analytical skills
Ø Excellent problem-solving skills
Ø Takes initiative
Ø Relevant technological knowledge
Ø Ability to lead and work independently and should be able to work effectively within a team
Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge and Skills
1) Proficient in solid work software
2) C.A.D./ C.A.M.
3) Knowledge of Line Balancing, SOP and work instructions.
4) Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
5) Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
6) Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
7) Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
8) Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
9) Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods.
10) Provides manufacturing decision-making information by calculating production, labor, and material costs.
11) Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Salary : Package will not be constraint for right candidate.
