JOB - Consultant Manufacturing Sector (Researcher)
LOCATION – Haldwani.
EMPLOYER – Arteva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (Govt. Sector Project)
Roles and Responsibilities
➢ C o o r d i n a t e /establish liaison with ITIs/ school/college education system, district
administrations for promoting apprenticeship training.
➢ S e n s i t i z i n g industries on apprenticeship training procedures.
➢ P r o v i d e inputs to IT and communication consultant of SAMC for formulating effective
reporting.
➢ P r o v i d e short- term training/capacity building support to Basic Training Providers (BTIs)/
Third Party Agencies (TPAs, etc. As required.
➢ T o study the various scheme run by SDE in the state.
➢ T o check the feasibility of scheme in ground.
➢ T o analysis data with respect to various aspect and utilized it for report
preparation.
➢ T o study the scheme of other state also to suggest improvement if
required.
➢ T o check the admission process of it is.
➢ T o maintain session wise, trade wise data of ITIs.
➢ T o study the drop rate in admission process.
➢ T o prepare report of passed/passing ITI s student and the trade they studied with the filed in
which they are working
➢ T o identify the institute for Department where ITI s student can be trained
in future.
➢ T o identify the Startup/Companies for Department where ITI s student can
be placed.
➢ T o identify new trades / Skill which are requirement of Future.
➢ T o search for stakeholder for CSR Funds
Requirements
➢ A bachelor’s Degree with M.B.A.
➢ Five years’ experience in core sector of manufacturing with PSUs or large organizations.
➢ Sound understanding of research methodologies.
➢ Proficiency in MS Office.
➢ Strong statistical and mathematical aptitude.
➢ Strong problem-solving skills.
➢ Practical experience in database management.
➢ Attention to detail and exceptional written, verbal, and telephonic communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
