We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the manufacturing unit. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output
Responsibilities
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.)
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Determine amount of necessary resources
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Enforce health and safety precautions
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
- Organising relevant training sessions.
Requirements and skills
- Deep knowledge of production managementt
- Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- B.Tech with Mechanical or Fabricator experience

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
