Responsibilities:

- Maintain professional and clear written communication with customers.
- Retrieve and provide accurate information regarding orders, accounts, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to address customer issues effectively.
