Administrative Assistant
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from clients or customers
- Manage executive emails, respond to emails on their behalf, forward important messages, and filter out spam or irrelevant emails
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the executive and other team members
- Enter data into various systems, update client or customer information, and manage important documents and files
- Provide excellent customer service to clients or customers via phone, email, or chat
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts, responding to messages and comments, and tracking engagement
- Conduct research on various topics, such as competitors, industry trends, or potential clients or customers
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts receivable and payable
- Perform other administrative duties, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and conducting general office tasks.
Requirement
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
