URGETLY HIRING FACTORY MANAGER. (PREFERABLE FROM GARMENT MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY)
We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. The factory manager's responsibilities include scheduling building and equipment maintenance as needed, regularly walking the factory floor to monitor the performance of factory staff, and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner. You should also be able to enforce compliance with health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
To be successful as a factory manager, you should demonstrate outstanding problem-solving skills and resolve any issues that may derail production. Ultimately, a top-performing factory manager should have exceptional communication, management, and leadership skills to ensure that factory operations run smoothly.
Ø Co-ordinated with the Marketing division regarding Placement of orders & ensures the available capacities are filled in.
Ø Supervise Sampling team, Sample Development, Consumption, Marker, Production pattern, costing.
Ø Managing Cut to Despatch team and ensure the daily production goals were established & met.
Ø Collaborates with Product team, Suppliers, QA Team & Plant Supervisors in finding innovative ways to improve production efficiency.
Ø Ensure quality systems & procedures are maintained & effectively used by the manufacturing group.
Ø Identify & develop production supervisors, maintenance supervisors, & project & quality engineers. Assist with coordination of development & training for new associates
Ø identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines
Ø Facilitated through all departments the implementation of the quality system.
Ø Product Management (Buying and Merchandising, assortment planning, range development, vendor development), Brand Management (pricing, packaging, distribution and promotional activities), Training & Development (Product training, Sale technique, Consumer behaviour).
Ø Focused business growth professional with structured planning and implementation capabilities. With strong analytical and problem solving abilities, thrive to deliver successful business solutions for the organization.
Ø An effective communicator with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills.

Qualification and Experience
Ø Graduate or Master with 6-12 yrs of experience into Garment manufacturing factory
Ø Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
Ø Computer knowledge or understanding of CAD drawing is a plus
Ø Good knowledge of garment and fabric.
Ø Must know how to read and understand drawings for execution
Ø Outstanding time management and problem-solving skills.
Ø Candidates from Garment manufacturing companies are preferable.
