Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee factory staff to ensure efficient production processes
- Develop and implement production strategies and schedules to meet production goals
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Train and mentor new factory employees
- Manage inventory and purchase of raw materials and supplies
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to promote growth and development
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve issues as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Metal Working Company (Preffered if working in a nuts and bolts company)
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and quality control
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD softwares
